Bundle war erupts

AFTER years of complaints by subscribers regarding what they perceive to be high internet charges, the three main mobile phone service providers seem to be in an intense price war with all of them announcing various price reductions.

The first to announce was Airtel Zambia on Thursday when it said rates as low as K3 for 60MB and K10 for 700MB. The 2GB will now cost K25 and is valid for 24 hours.
Those buying K50 will get 1.5GB valid for a month. For post-paid customers, a minimal K25 will now buy 1GB while K150 will get 10GM and both plans for a seven day period.
