Buffaloes opponents in Zambia to search for peace

GREEN Buffaloes’ opponents in tomorrow’s Confederation Cup preliminary round first leg match, El Merreik general secretary Yugo Kamal says his team is in the country to search for peace through football for the people of South Sudan.
Kamal said in an interview in Lusaka yesterday that El Merreik are using football to bring peace to South Sudan and victory over Buffaloes could help them to unite the country.
Kamal was full of praise for the Buffaloes executive for the good reception they have accorded the visitors.
“Green Buffaloes have received us very well, they are good people, especially the chairman colonel Dennis Sinkamba. He has been very good from the day we arrived, everything has been going very well.
“We are looking forward to the match, we are here for a win and a win will be very big for us. We are using football to bring peace to South Sudan. We have a problem there, we want peace that’s why our motto is ‘searching for peace through football
