Buffaloes go 4 points clear

WOMEN National League leaders Green Buffaloes on Wednesday opened up a four-point lead after overcoming ZISD Queens 2-0 in a rescheduled Week Six fixture at Green Square Ground in Arakan Barracks.
Buffaloes climbed to 42 points while second-placed Zesco Ndola Girls have 38.
The Zambia Army-sponsored side took the lead on 11 minutes through Jessy Zulu, who tapped in a pass from Maweta Chilenga.
Bwalya Chileshe doubled the advantage before half-time.
Buffaloes coach Charles Haalubono was pleased with his players’ performance.
