Buchi boys slaughter Buffaloes

LEADERS Kitwe Playing Field (KPF) on Saturday slaughtered Green Buffaloes in a National Rugby League (NRL) Week Nine match.
Aaron Chinula was the architect of the win, posting a hat-trick of tries in a thrilling encounter in Buchi township in Kitwe.

Wilson Kunda added a brace of tries with Chisanga Chitala, Carlos Kanyama and Kaluba Chilundami accounting for one apiece.
Benaya Mukwamba and Fine Chinkumbe managed four conversions and one respectively.
Chinkumbe also scored a penalty to ensure KPF won with a bonus point.
The soldiers scored three tries through Ferdinard Kashimoto, Collins Mwansa and Chola Chilufya, who also grabbed a brace of conversions.
KPF have 37 points while Buffaloes have 27.
Champions Arrows pummelled Ndola Wanderers to move to 31 points and are on second position.
Ernest Mwansa scored four tries with Oscar Bwalya getting a hat-trick while Terry Kaushiku got a brace in this lopsided encounter at Ndola Wanderers Ground.
Ackim Mushota, Chungu Silupya, Emmanuel Daka, Ian Mukupa, Kafumbwe Likomeno, Peter Mulenga, Edward Mumba, William Daka and Davy Chimbukulu all scored a try each.
Kaushiku and Daka also added nine conversions apiece.
Elsewhere, ‘Powerhouse’ Lusaka beat Diggers 13-10, Green Eagles butchered Kansanshi 101-0 in Solwezi and Mufulira B edged Konkola 28-3 in Chililabombwe.
