A 13-YEAR-OLD boy of Ndola has been placed on one year probation for having carnal knowledge of a fellow child in a church building. On April 13 this year, the juvenile, who is a Grade 8 pupil at Masala Primary School, had carnal knowledge of a male person against the order of nature. According to a statement of facts presented in court by public prosecutor John Simagesi, after the juvenile pleaded guilty, the court heard that the incident happened at church while their parents were worshipping.
