‘Borrow for investment, not consumption’

IN LIGHT of economic challenges, the public need to borrow for investment as opposed to consumption to accelerate economic development.
Mongu District Commissioner Susiku Kamona said the opening of Unity Finance branch, the 20th branch countrywide, will enable the locals to borrow for investment.
