Beat Mambas

MWEENE

DIANA CHIPEPO and ROBINSON KUNDA, Lusaka
GOVERNMENT has urged the Chipolopolo to beat Mozambique in tomorrow’s 2019 Cameroon Africa Cup of Nations qualifier saying anything less than victory will be unacceptable.
Minister of Youth, Sport and Child Development Moses Mawere said in an interview in Lusaka yesterday that the Kennedy Mweene-captained side have been offered attractive incentives.
Mawere, however, could not disclose how much the players will be given if they beat Mozambique.
“Our expectations are very clear; the Mozambique game will determine our fate. A draw will never be good for us and a loss will be worse. The players know what is at stake and they have enough incentives for them to win. We have given them enough incentives that most of us don’t even get and some people may work for it for a year,” he said.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
