Bailiffs seize REA vehicles over K3.8m debt

PRISCILLA MWILA, Lusaka
BAILIFFS yesterday pounced on the Rural Electrification Authority (REA) seizing 10 vehicles, among other items, after it failed to pay over K3.8 million it owes a construction company it engaged to build a substation in Luampa.
According to a seizure form obtained by the Daily Mail, the bailiffs have given the authority five days in which to pay the K3,839,524.68, failure to which all the confiscated properties will be auctioned. http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
