AIRTEL says its money platform has recorded over 1.3 million customer base, a development that has helped reduce the risk of carrying cash and increase productivity.
Company corporate communications manager Yuyo Kambikambi said mobile money is a key catalyst that is helping accelerate financial inclusion in Zambia.
“It is helping many Zambians with access to a mobile phone [to] have mobile wallet, which offers convenient, secure, innovative, easy use and affordable financial services.
