IN WHAT can only be described as a stunning move, James Bwalya and his co-accused, Mathews Sikaonga, yesterday admitted, before a judge, of having abducted and sexually abused 13 young women who were held hostage in a house in Chalala, Lusaka. After some legal and medical manoeuvres which have delayed trial, Bwalya, 23, and Sikaonga, 22, yesterday also admitted having seriously assaulted the victims, whom they abducted for six months before being rescued last October.
