250 jobs on cards

KONKOLA Copper Mines (KCM) has partnered with Amchile Oils Limited of Luanshya to support the production of heavy fuel oils and diesel by using recycled industrial waste.
The project is expected to create over 250 jobs.
A memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed.

KCM general manager for sustainability Anil Tripathi said the venture would be good for the environment as Amchile’s facility would be state-of-the-art with best in practices for the environment.
