The Anti-Corruption Commission has arrested two accountants of Kazenene Investments for allegedly giving K10,000 gratification to  Mr Brian Ntanda and Mr Kambole Mutiti to illegally scrap contribution arrears to the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA).
The two, Charles Mabo Sampule, an accountant of Kazenene Investments Ltd, and Francis Chishala, an assistant accountant of the same firm, were arrested on Thursday.

They are charged with corrupt practices with a public officer.
Mr Moono said that the inducement was for the duo to facilitate the illegal reduction or scrapping of the contribution arrears and penalties owed by Kazenene Investments Ltd to NAPSA
He said that the duo has been released on bond and will appear in Court on September 19.
